Yes, you can call me if you're feeling low or if you otherwise need urgent input from me, or guidance. This can be the case especially when you have just started in therapy.
I find that sometimes when one has just begun a course of therapy sessions, many suppressed emotions may come to the surface. These may manifest in your thoughts and, more obviously to others, in your moods.
I'm here to support you through this time of healing. As one learns how to apply coping skills, the low feelings usually dissipate. If you need it, I will offer you my support through this difficult time.
